AquaGear Australia is an Australian owned and operated company under ABN 96 168 732 992 specialising in water sport equipments.

By ordering goods from our online shop, you acknowledge that you have read and understood below Terms and conditions of Sales.

Orders

You must register with our website to be able to make purchases from our online store.

Special offers

We may provide special offers in relation to our goods from time to time. At any time, we may terminate any special offer without advance notice.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices include GST unless indicated otherwise but exclude delivery charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL

As soon as you placed an order via our website, you will receive a confirmation email. This is system generated. Please check this confirmation email and contact us via our contact form or email order@aquagear.com.au immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made.

For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of $20 for repacking and postage.
If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

FLAT RATE within Australia

We offer a flat rate shipping with signature on delivery from $9.90.

We use Australia Post as our main courier. Their average delivery times for parcels from time of dispatch are below:

  • Sydney / ACT : 1 – 2 days
  • NSW other than Sydney: 2 – 3 days
  • Melbourne: 2 – 3 days
  • VIC other than Melbourne: 2 – 3 days
  • South East QLD: 2 – 3 days
  • QLD other than South East: 2 – 4 days
  • Adelaide: 2 – 3 days
  • SA other than Adelaide: 3 – 4 days
  • Perth: 4 – 6 days
  • WA other than Perth: 5 – 7 days
  • NT: 5 – 7 days
  • Tasmania: 5 – 7 days

We also offer Express post with Signature on Delivery from $12.90. AusPost Express Post offers next business day delivery within Express post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas. We will dispatch your order the next day as long as we receive your order and payment before 9 PM AEST time (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If nobody is at the recipient address when Australia Post arrives, they will leave a card advising the nearest post office to collect your parcel.

International Shipping

International shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout depending on the country of recipient. The fee includes AusPost Signature on Delivery and Extra Cover Services for lost/damage.

You will find 2 international parcel delivery options at checkout.

  • AusPost International EXPRESS (With Tracking): The estimate delivery time is 4 business days.
  • AusPost International STANDARD (With Tracking): The estimate delivery time is 8 business days.

International shipments may be subject to the imposition of customs or import duties once they reach their destination. AquaGear doesn’t charge any custom duty on international shipment so customer will be liable for all of these duties and it is their sole responsibility to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. We are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment and will provide an invoice to customs should they require it. We are unable to estimate these exact charges so we recommend customer to contact their local customs office to ascertain the duties imposed.

Damaged or faulty item

If you receive products that are damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 calendar days from the day you received your product and we will organise a replacement for you once we receive the faulty return at our cost (subject to availability). We reserve the right to determine if a product is actually faulty. Please ensure that all original items including packaging and manual, etc are returned. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are well packed so it doesn’t get damaged upon return transit.

Availability

All goods are offered for sale subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute. If you do not accept a substitute item and your credit card has been charged for an item that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount charged.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order by email order@aquagear.com.au.

We as a seller may decline or cancel any orders that are caused by errors on our website, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card has been charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and refund the full amount paid by you.

Return on a change of mind

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it. Return on a change of mind will incur a restocking fee of 25%. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in below conditions:

  • Must be unwashed, unused and in its original condition/packaging.
  • For AquaMask, clearing film on the mask must not be removed.
  • Your item must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase and a manual, etc.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable so the refund amount = total amount paid – (initial shipping fee + a restocking fee of 25%).

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will process the refund using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).

AquaGear Australia is not liable for the loss and damage of an item being returned so we recommend that the return product is well packed and you use a registered mail.

Exchange

In case a product doesn’t fit, you have 7 calendar days from the day you received the product to request for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in below conditions:

  • Must be unwashed, unused and in its original condition/packaging.
  • For AquaMask, clearing film on the mask must not be removed.
  • Your item must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase and a manual, etc.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for sending your item back to us and for us to resend the item back to you so we recommend you to check and confirm your size from our size chart before making a purchase.

If your exchange is approved, we will dispatch the item as soon as we can for you.

AquaGear Australia is not liable for the loss and damage of an item being returned so we recommend that the return product is well packed and you use a registered mail.
